About Us
From a passion of writing and painting came the idea of creating a journal for women. As our emails passed through cyberspace and our dreams filled with journals, the idea of one journal turned into many. This was how Journals for Empowerment was born.
Tara Spicer, our Creative Goddess spends time painting and playing with words, while Nicole Graham, our Business Goddess spends time with the structure and flow of each journal. Combined, they manage and run Journals for Empowerment.
Collaboratively, Tara and Nicole work their magic to design each journal and record the companion CDs.
Tara is the artist behind each of our beautiful journal images and her artwork is designed with healing and empowerment in mind. Each painting is created within a crystal grid with the intention that the healing properties of those crystals used will be expressed through the resulting image.
In between working on the journals, Nicole and Tara run their own businesses.
