As co-designer of our journals, Nicole is a book-a-holic who enjoys expressing her thoughts and feelings through journaling. She loves writing in beautiful journals and the more beautiful the journal, the more she is inspired to write

As a successful coach, facilitator and empowerment advocate, Nicole provides women with the tools and resources that empower, and support them to live their best life. Prior to becoming a business owner, she worked long hours in the corporate training and development industry, and realises how important it is to have a lifestyle that is enjoyed.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Adult Education, majoring in Human Resource Development, Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, Diploma in Business, Certificate in Small Business and a Certificate in Marketing. She is also a Certified Soul Coach, Certified Past Life Coach and Reiki Master.

As a life-long learner, Nicole has participated in many workshops, events and retreats from honouring the divine feminine to channelling and meditation. She offers her experiences and skills with an open heart.

As most women do, Nicole leads a busy lifestyle and she really understands the need for balance between work, life and play. This need and the aspiration of doing more in this world inspired the meditations for the Modern Goddess Journal.
